• NAIL TRIM My goal is to trim as much nail as possible without making the nail bleed. If I make the nail bleed I will apologize to your dog and pack the nail with a numbing antiseptic medication called styptic powder.
• CLIPPING PAD HAIRS This is done with clippers to remove matting and dirt that can accumulate.  It will also reduce the amount of water and dirt that your dog brings into the home or car.  I also trim the foot to a nice, neat rounded shape.
• EAR CLEANING The ear cleaning includes an ear flush of the canal as well as a cleansing of the entire ear with a soft brush. To remove debris and thoroughly cleanse the ear I use an all~natural cleanser with antiseptic and germ killing properties, that inhibits yeast and bacterial growth and dissolves oily residue as well.
• PLUCKING HAIR IN THE EAR CANAL  This is done to increase air flow and circulation to the ear canal to help prevent ear infections, yeast & fungus.  Ear powder is used containing all~natural boric acid which is an antiseptic.
• SANITARY TRIM As the name implies this trim is done to remove unwanted hair on the most sensitive of parts to keep the dog cleaner between grooms.
• A THOROUGH BATH includes warm, all~natural shampoos individually custom-made for each client according to skin and coat needs.  I have a wide variety of shampoos to formulate the one that is right for your pampered pooch such as mild PH balanced Puppy Shampoo, Dandruff, Yucca, Flea Bite Relief, Chlorhexiderm, Antiseptic Melaleuca (Tea Tree Oil), Hypo-allergenic Oatmeal, Passion Fruit, Aloe, Protein for extra body, Whitening, Sulfur & Tar, and even Skunk-Off! To protect sensitive eyes I only use tear-free, PH balanced "Baby" Shampoo on the face. 
• CONDITIONING RINSE is always applied to the entire coat (except for the face) following a thorough cleansing to replace natural oils to prevent itchy dry skin.  Moisturizing the  coat will decrease matting and improve texture.  Replacing oils on the skin will help prevent dry, flakey, itchy skin.  My conditioners contain all~natural emollients such as coconut and mineral oils.
• EXPRESS ANAL GLANDS  The anal glands are the dog's scent organs which coat the feces during defecation that provides a special scent that gives other dogs a great deal of information about them.  Often these glands can become overly full and the dog will attempt to cleanse himself by "scooting" his bottom along on your carpet.  You may also notice an odor of eggs or skunk.  Let me prevent this for you!
• COLLAR WASH is included if needed because I wouldn't want to return a dirty collar to a clean dog! 
• Trim Lip Hairs & Eye Corners to remove debris and unwanted hair from the eye corners and to trim any wayward lip hairs that can lead to dental disease.
• BANDANA, BOWS & COLOGNE are complimentary but optional.  As an alternative I offer a colorful Hawaiian Lei with matching floral bows or pearl necklace with matching pearl bows. Cologne is not recommended for sensitive dogs prone to allergies.

• Hands~on Massage is always accompanied by baby talk and words of praise to be a very positive experience.
• Hydro~Therapy Massage with warm soothing water and a very gentle Shower Pic Massage Head placed close to the skin and massaged throughout.
• Conditioning Wrap is a "hot oil treatment" for dogs to help with itchy skin and dull dry hair.  Warm humectant conditioners are massaged into the coat and skin and the dog is snuggled inside a warm towel wrap for 10 minutes then rinsed thoroughly.

• Brushing Teeth includes gums, tongue and thorough oral disinfectant cleansing and dental scrubbing. I do not use a shared tooth brush. I use a disposable finger brush or a disposable rubber glove with attached dental brush pads on the fingertips.  Using individual, disposable tooth brushes ensures that another dog's oral bacteria isn't placed inside the mouth of your dog.  I also have different toothpaste products to choose from depending on the color of the hairs on the face to prevent staining.  
• Hydro~Therapy De~Shedding is undoubtedly the BEST way to remove dead unwanted undercoat and hair and can take up to an hour!
• All Natural Botanical Flea Dip/Bath: I use Yucca or D'Lemonine Citrus Extract that will kill all fleas on the dog.
• Capstar Oral Flea Pill will kill all fleas within 30 minutes and continue to do so for 24 hours.
• Advantage Topical Flea Treatment will kill fleas and keep them off for a month (but isn't recommended for allergy dogs).
